1. General Terms & Operating Scope

DentSpace Mart provides dental and medical supplies, instruments, and consumables within Ghana. We reserve the right to review, update, or amend these terms as necessary. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to updated terms.

2. Pricing & Orders

• All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless explicitly specified otherwise.
• We make every effort to display accurate stock, pricing, and descriptions. However, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and modify inventory availability.
• Orders are officially accepted and processed once checkout and payment confirmation are successfully validated via Paystack or approved terms.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Verification

• Orders are dispatched through authorized personnel to the physical address provided during checkout.
• Delivery Confirmation: Deliveries require verification upon handover (via system confirmation link or QR code authentication). Receiving parties must inspect goods upon package delivery.

4. Returns, Defect & Exchange Policy

• Any discrepancies, damages, or wrong item shipments must be reported to DentSpace Mart customer support within 48 hours of receipt.
• Returned merchandise must remain in its original, sealed packaging and unused condition to qualify for exchanges or credit adjustments.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and commercial frameworks of the Republic of Ghana.
